  We went to Robbins Nissan. We would give zero starts if able to. We test drove 2 different vehicles. We agreed on a drive out price for one & i fill out a credit application. We were told that systems were down due to updating & asked if we could come back. So we agreed. We went to eat lunch. Our sales guy in training, Darren calls me back saying systems were up & I could come in to finalize paperwork. When we arrive we are told the vehicle was sold & were offered another vehicle. Darren informs me about my credit & offers my options for this other vehicle. I never agreed for the dealership to run my credit for any other vehicle so I was confused as to why my credit was processed if the vehicle I wanted to purchase was already sold. The manager then informs me that the price we (Darren, myself & Humberto) agreed on was NOT based on the vehicle that was sold. The manager says the 2 sales guys had misinformed me & he could only apologize. The sales guys both knew that I had no intention of buying the other vehicle because I told them I had other options. (I honestly don't bribe it was miscommunication because They even told me the the vehicle would be detailed & offered to fill up the tank.) In the end I feel the manager did not care about making the situation better but making a sale. I feel my right to decline my credit NOT to be run was not honored. I signed believing they would run it so that i could purchase a specific vehicle. When leaving i was very upset. Further more the paperwork the manager presented to me in the end was altered to have the vehicle info for the vehicle they wanted me to purchase. The paperwork i signed had handwritten info only on top. I don't feel purchasing a vehicle from here would be wise since they are sneaky about things.
