    We purchased a home with an existing 18' sunsetter. Canvas is tearing due to contact with bracket. He refused to honor warranty even though shoddy workmanship is the issue. After an hour on phone with Sunsetter, (very kind and helpful) I learned we should have 6 brackets for support. We have 5. Also they should be evenly spaced. They are not. I had to purchase the additional bracket and we will need to take the whole thing down to make it RIGHT. And to confirm other reviews, he is extremely rude. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
