  First of all, I NEVER do online reviews because I feel it hurts local business' but this really disappointed me.
  
  I called Monday and made an appointment for Friday (their soonest availability) to install a gas line for our grill, which we purchased there. Called Thursday to confirm appointment for 11am the next day and told them to please call me if they were running late as I am leaving work for our appointment. Get to the house at 11, by 11:15, still no one. Called to ensure they were on the way and was told he has already left. By 11:25, still no one. Called again and the gentleman said he would call the man coming and call me back. Still no call by 11:35 so I called to inform them I was leaving as they were 35 minutes late and the gentleman responded, "sorry about that! would you like to reschedule?". If you can not call or be on time to your first appointment, why should the customer give a second chance?
  
  There are many people in the area that do this but we wanted to support a local business, especially because we had a pleasant experience when purchasing the grill. I am giving 2 starts only because the gentleman wasn't rude and did apologize but I can't understand how they find it OK to be over 35 minutes late to an appointment we have had for a week and not call with updates.
  
  I am very disappointed but I've found that is business these days. Happened countless time when we were trying to install a pool. I suppose they are getting too much business to handle our business, or just the opposite.
