  I called them and they told me they had a cancellation for 9am so I said yes I would take it. I live in humble Texas where they are located the cheerleading tumbling mat-track was to be picked up in humble 1.5 miles away . Simple and easy. They were charging me for 2hr minimum plus gas that’s the policy. Ok fine I needed the tumbling track to get to my house so my daughter could practice tumbling right away. They pick it up no problem. They get to my house and just leave it in my backyard not put together. I said what are y’all doing I paid 220 dollars for you to bring it and put it back together. They said no the backyard is too muddy. And refused to do it. The backyard wasn’t muddy it had rained but in no way was it muddy. They just seemed so lazy and rude. They were done in less than an hour and I was charged for 2 hours plus gas for the most awful service. Before they even went in the backyard they were making excuses. It isn’t hard to put together. My daughter didn’t even get to use it and I paid for movers for that reason. They only want your money. I have never heard of movers doing that!!! Stay away from companies like this !!!
