    Good grooming, kind vet, nice customer service. My dog does not like her nails cut but they are very patient with her. The vet is super approachable. And we like to go to pets mart just to walk around and see other pets.

    I have used this Banfield location since 2013 when we moved to the Humble/Kingwood area and I would not trade this staff for anything. Dr Phillips and the staff take the time to get to know you and your pets as well as give them the best care possible. Both my dogs (my older one started with the Banfield in Webster) have had serious medical issues that could have taken their lives and the staff did so much more than I could have imagined to save their lives and give us a treatment plan to continue to keep them happy and healthy. My little furbabies LOVE going there.
