  HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER! The first incident was when I took a jacket in to have a spot removed and received it back reeking of a strong chemical odor, I brought it to the managers attention and his response was to let it air-dry. It took a week for the chemical odor to finally go away. The service continued to slowly decline and then they lost a shirt and I again brought it to the managers attention and he took no more than 15 seconds to listen and then quickly response that they don't have my shirt and proceeded to the next customer. Today I went back with a picture of the shirt and he again quickly told me that they don't have it. This will be the last time I will bring them any business. The only reason why I gave them several chances was because of the conveiance of the location. ****Check out the reviews on this business, it has close to 50% of unsatisfied customers.***
